FAQ

A: Yes! I offer worldwide shipping, however it will be more expensive. 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: I ship though USPS First Class Mail with tracking on the package. In the United States, shipping will take 2-5 days to arrive. International shipping may take 2-5 weeks depending on the distance. 

Preorders are another story however. I don't place the order until the preorder date ends. After the order is put in, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks after the order is placed. Once recieved, it will take more time for items to be shipped out and received. I'll do my best to update everyone via Instagram and emails if you have any questions or concerns. 

A: Typically, returns are not accepted unless your order was damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped.  Exchanges depend on the order, but in most cases, something can be worked out. 

Cancellations will take anywhere from 12-24 hours after you initially made the purchase. 

Also, keep in mind that refunds for preorders will not be allowed at any given time after the preorder date. Sorry!

Q: How can I contact customer support?

A: On both the top and bottom of the page, next to this tab, there is a page called "Contact" that you can click and fill out. When you send your message, it will appear in our emails and we will respond to you as soon as we recieve and see your message. 

A: Sure! You can do so in the "Contact" page. We will take requests into consideration, and possibly make them into actual products once we recieve the requests. 

Q: I love this design! Can I get it in another product?

A: As stated above, I'm always open to suggestions via the contact page. If there's enough people who are interested, I'll produce it!
